Adam Misztal

Advises on commercialization and image protection, press law, copyright law, protection of confidential information, new technology and IT law, as well as contract negotiations. Adam has several years of experience in data protection law on behalf of many industries. He has advised clients in precedent-setting product labelling cases before the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Supports clients in the music and marketing, event, IT and e- commerce markets.

He gained experience in international and Polish law firms. In addition, he has worked in the Internet advertising industry.

Adam graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. He is a trainee of the District Bar Council in Warsaw.

Konrad Poruszek

His main interests include copyright law and issues related to the protection of trademarks.

His primary interests encompass copyright law and the protection of trademarks. In his daily responsibilities at the firm, he specifically handles cases pertaining to copyright infringement and trademark protection. Additionally, he frequently addresses matters related to unfair competition. Currently in his second year at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, he enhances his practical experience with theoretical knowledge by attending lectures and participating in events centered on intellectual property law.

Julia Szcześniak

During her law studies, she tested a wide variety of branches of law, from forensic science to international law, but ultimately it was intellectual property law (and copyright in particular) that won the ranking of her professional interests.

She is a PhD student at the UW Doctoral School of Social Sciences in the discipline of legal sciences. She has participated in many events of IP initiatives and at the same time organised them as part of her activity in the Intellectual Property Academic Circle “IP” of the Faculty of Law of the University of Warsaw. One of her greatest achievements in this field is the co-ordination of the second edition of the international conference on the law in the video game industry – “More Than Just a Game: On the Road – Warsaw”. This project is also of great importance to her due to her personal interests in the games industry and the entertainment industry more broadly. In addition, she is passionate about the culture of the Far East countries and is a graduate of Korean Studies in Warsaw. She also has professional experience in marketing and social media handling.
