An expert with over 10 years of experience in patent law.

Norbert Walasek is an attorney-at-law with fifteen years of experience in advising on intellectual property rights and implementing strategies for their protection.

He provided comprehensive services in matters relating to the protection of industrial property rights and combating unfair competition to, among others, producers of consumer electronics, machines and tools, as well as one of the leading organizations in the film industry. For more than ten years he has been dealing with matters in the field of patent protection, advising, among others, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers of building components and entities from the IT industry.

He has conducted various civil and criminal cases in courts and participated in patent dispute proceedings at the Polish Patent Office.
