An attorney-at-law with more than a decade of experience. She specialises in the protection of intellectual property.
She advises clients on copyright and industrial property rights, particularly trademarks, industrial designs and patents, as well as in cases concerning unfair competition and the protection of personal rights.
She represents clients in negotiations and litigation. She has extensive experience in negotiating and drawing up agreements concerning intellectual property rights, including license agreements and transfers of rights. She has worked on many projects concerning new IT technologies.
She regularly conducts trainings and workshops on the protection of intellectual property rights.
