New technologies and IT

New technologies are a new legal challenge. Our lawyers continually monitor new phenomena and the changing legal environment in the digital world.

We support our clients in connection with creating, implementing and exploiting IT systems, websties, mobile apps and computer games.

As part of our new technologies and IT practice, we help draw up and negotiate agreements on the creation and implementation of computer programs, mobile applications, websites and IT systems, and SLA, license and outsourcing agreeements. We also handle disputes within the IT industry. We advise on liability incurred by hosting services providers. We verify license, copyright transfer, IT system implementation agreements and service agreements. We draw up internet service regulations. We help our clients with the legal aspects of e-marketing.

We give practical advice and prepare legal opinions.

We conduct specialised trainings and actively support the Polish technological start-up community; for years, we have been a partner of the MIT Enterprise Forum CEE Poland, training and advising participants in successive acceleration programmes.
