We assist media sector entities in licensing proceedings, and telecommunications companies in regulatory proceedings, including on frequency reservations or the imposition of financial penalties.
We advise on the drafting and conclusion of agreements in the area of telecommunications activities. We assess the compliance of broadcasting activities with the regulations in force, including the provisions of the Radio and Television Act, and provide ongoing advice pertaining to ‘antenna compliance’.
We help create and implement company internal programmes for compliance with domestic and European law. We conduct trainings on market regulation compliance issues that affect the activities of telecommunication entrepreneurs and audiovisual media services providers.
We provide support in legislative processes and provide legal opinions on changes of the law in the telecommunications sector. We evaluate draft normative acts in terms of their rationality and systemic coherence as well as possible restrictions on the economic activity of telecommunications entrepreneurs. We support the examination of normative acts in terms of their compliance by national and international tribunals and courts, as well as claiming compensation for the consequences of the binding provisions, inconsistent with the Polish Constitution or the international law.
